Breathwork has become a bit of a buzz word at the moment and rightly so, as the power of breath holds huge and transformational power. Come and disconnect for the day and be guided by Venetia Shepherd on how to connect more to your breath.
Venetia has extensively trained in Inspirational Breathing, a specialist technique often referred to as 'trauma release' which opens up the entire respiratory system and focuses on filling the body with life force and energy to encourage the 'release' of any stagnant emotions or discomfort. She will explain how it works by showing the group some of the tools such as touch, movement, sound, affirmations and visualisation. She will do a breath pattern analysis and lead the group through a short breathwork session.
'After suffering from severe back pain which almost resulted in a major operation, I discovered this amazing technique and have not looked back. Not only did breathwork make the pain totally go away but it has given me the ability to TRUST and live life to the full so I am delighted, after so much training and understanding to be able to share this with the wider community.'
We start at 10 and will finish around 12 to have a delicious lunch prepared by Georgie in her kitchen, finishing around 1:30.
All nibbles and drinks will be provided through out the day.
