NERVOUS SYSTEM SUPPORT
This retreat is all about teaching you to connect to both mind and body and places a spot light onto Nervous System support.
It will be 4 days and 3 nights of cooking, somatic (body) work, yoga, crystal sound healing, walks & being in nature and slowing day - but most importantly will give you practical and easy ways of using techniques to help to support your Nervous System.
