Join Poppy Fraser (author of 10 minute suppers for children and Qi Gong teacher) for her incredible Qi Gong sessions. This is to be part of a 6 week program where you can build on and learn more about the ancient practise of Qi Gong.
Qi Gong is said to harness the power of breath, movement and intention - teaching individuals methods to preserve their vital energy. Poppy is a qualified Qi Gong practitioner having trained with the Shaitsu College and is passionate about passing on her experience and knowledge to others.
Classes will take place every Friday from 11:30 until 12:15 in a series of 6 weeks.
