In 2019 I trained in a Diploma with Dr Vanessa Kimbell from the Sourdough School about the principle of making sourdough, about all the variables one needs to think of, with a big focus on our precious microbiome and creating optimum gut health and have adapted my own knowledge and skills around what I learnt to pass on to others. This sourdough takes no time and most importantly will provide an incredible source of pro/ pre and postbiotic goodness for your gut, giving your gut over half its weekly intake in just one mouthful… thats quite an amazing slice of breakfast toast you might be giving yourself!
You will leave with a pot of starter and loaf to take home (if you can bring your own loaf tin).
Starts from 10 until 12:30 with drinks and refreshments.
This isn’t a course for professional bakers, this is for home cooks wanting to make sourdough for every day eating.
