The Team

Georgie Soskin

She is passionate about the magic and energy of food and has worked closely with nutritionists for the past decade. Georgie is also trained in sourdough bread making, yoga, reiki, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Verity Megan

Verity is dedicated to guiding others on their heart’s journey. She draws inspiration from Mother Nature and shares earthy rituals and seasonally inspired practices. With credentials in Somatic Psychology, Yoga Therapy, Sound Therapy, Reiki, Meditation, and Ayurvedic Health, Verity creates sacred spaces for exploration and embodiment.

Lindsay Astor

Lindsay Astor has been practicing yoga since 2002 and completed her teacher training with Stewart Gilchrist in 2014. She loves how movement creates space in both the body and mind and sees yoga as something that extends beyond the mat—it’s about how we move through life. And, just like life, she believes yoga doesn’t need to be taken too seriously.

In summer 2024, Lindsay, her husband, and their children moved to Kirby House, a place they now call home and are delighted to share with others. She hopes that everyone who comes through the doors leaves feeling a little lighter, with a sense of joy.
