I am so excited to be heading to the Knepp Wilding Kitchen to host my Quick Sourdough workshop and spread the word about this wonderful, boosted, nutrient-dense loaf of bread. There couldn’t be a better setting—Knepp is a pioneering rewilding project where nature is given space to regenerate and thrive. This workshop is all about connecting to your ingredients, using flours boosted in nutrients, and looking after your own internal landscape… your microbiome.
So would you like to know how to make sourdough but dont have the time or head space.. but want the goodness it delivers..? Then this is the class for you.
Come and learn how to get a gut diverse, incredibly nutritious loaf tin of sourdough made whilst I talk through the principles of it all and talk about gut health.
Starts from 10 until 12:30 with drinks and refreshments.
This isn’t a course for professional bakers, this is for home cooks wanting to make sourdough for every day eating.
What to expect - You will leave with a pot of starter and loaf to take home (if you can bring your own loaf tin).
