Come and join Judith Elliott here at Little Plough for our spring meditation sessions. Judith has over 30 years of mediation practise and experience. Judith is a trained Acupuncturist with over 30 years clinical experience, as well as being a healer, fertility coach and spiritual mentor.
She has been taught by many teachers in different styles and has developed this course to teach the basics, but also prepare you for levelling up if you are intrigued by the more spiritual aspects that it can lead into.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The sessions will run as a 6 week course, with introductory teachings at the beginning of each session before a guided practice, ending with informal discussion/debrief to discuss blocks & misunderstandings, and optionally to share experiences.
Each session will build on the previous one, so these are not designed as drop-in sessions. There is some repetition to learn technique, but new aspects will be added each time so that you may choose an approach personal to you.
The sessions runs for approx 75 minutes on Tuesdays
