AN INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION
FOR BEGINNERS
This session is designed as an introduction to meditation. Particularly if you have tried before and found it hard, or felt it’s not for you.
We will discuss the common misunderstandings, the differences between mindfulness and meditation, and look at some of the techniques you can use for developing your own practice.
There are many different styles of meditation that you can try, and this session will sample a deep meditation for relaxation and healing. There will be time for sharing/discussion afterwards to look at any problems or blocks that may have come up for you.
