Having worked in cooking and wellness for nearly two decades I have created plenty of recipes that I know work brilliantly, are easy to put together but are also boosted with goodness.

From breakfast ideas, lunches and dinners, as well as snacks and interesting products to buy - you will have full access to me and my larder for these 3 days.

Cooking in a relaxed environment, learning and general unwinding - creating delicious food and learning many of the techniques and methods I use in the kitchen to help me stay calm and connected.

I genuinely believe that there is magic everywhere around us and it’s up to us to see it. For me a lot of that magic is in the heart of the home… the kitchen. Finding time to connect with ingredients and make food that can feed your soul (and your family and clients).

We will be touching on topics like gut health, immune boosting and nervous system support - as well as cooking up seasonal and unfussy dishes that taste wholesome and full of goodness. I can guide you through the valuable lessons I have learnt about nutrition over the years whilst working with Jo Saunders at Naturedoc as well as the many practises I have learnt along side this - such as reiki, yoga, TCM, essential oils and so on.

I only host small class sizes so that I can really focus my attention on you and for you to get the most from your time with me.

Starting at 12 on the Friday and running until just after 4pm (approx) on the Sunday.

Accommodation isn’t included in this price however we are surrounded by gorgeous local cottages and annexs with in waking distance, which I can happily arrange for you as reasonable prices.

All meals are also included as well as an evening spent at The Fallen Willow Sauna for some unwinding and letting off steam!

Please note that a deposit of £100 will be taken once booked onto the course that is non refundable.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE - this course takes place in my home. I have a cat and dog (neither of which will be in the kitchen) however please be aware of your own health if you have any allergies or problems
